  3.    To request the sponsorship of a new conference simply cut out
  4.    the area between the two cut lines with your favorite ASCII
  5.    editor and then edit the cut file in overwrite mode replacing the
  6.    underscores with the info that you will be supplying and then
  7.    forward the file to me either in a message or .FA the file to
  8.    015/000.  Use a file name which includes your net/node as in
  9.    015069.FRM, do NOT use the sponecho.frm for the filename, if two
  10.    nodes happen to send in a form on the same night, the second one
  11.    received will overwrite the first one.

  30.   The eight 65 character lines are for a further description of the
  31.   conference since most conferences can not be fully described in a
  32.   40 character description line.  Any unused lines may be removed
  33.   from the description section.  If there are no restrictions then up
  34.   to 10 lines of 65 characters each may be used for the description.

  36.   The RESTRICTIONS line is used only if there are conditions to
  37.   users being able to access your new conference and it may also be
  38.   removed if it is not needed.
  39.   ie. E00/019 is restricted to GT Network sysops, which means that
  40.   only Sysops who have a net/node assigned should be allowed access
  41.   to this conference or of course any sysop whose node is shown as
  42.   **PENDING** in the current NodeList.BBS may also be given access.

  44.   Notes:

  46.     1. The conference ID will be assigned by the echo coordinator
  47.        upon receipt of your message.
  48.  
  49.     2. The time entry is the time that your system will be running
  50.        in mailmode and other nodes can call you to pick up the echo
  51.        and this time MUST be given in CENTRAL time since all network
  52.        times are given in Central time by convention.

  54.     3. Current echo sponsors who have not yet sent in their
  55.        description file may utilize this same form and replace the
  56.        xx/xxx with their conference ID.
